Eva, receptionist is very customer friendly and offered us juice/capuccino and cakes on arrival. Good breakfast; excellent seaviews of Mazzaro, Isola Bella and Lettojanni . Only 4 minute walk from Bus terminus; Corso Umberto and near cable car.

Personel was very frindly and helpful. Also the breakfast was perfect which includes omlettes, cake,types of cheese and croissants,etc.
There are 3 capitals of Sicily, Messina, Catania and Palermo. So if you land in a Trapani airport, you should drive nearly 6 hours to reach Taormina. So the hotel is not close to the Trapani airport.

A nice experience to have stayed in this hotel. Eva and her family were great hosts. The room was clean and they offered an excellent breakfast space with TV and free WiFi. More importantly, the location was very convenient to reach the beautiful beaches of Mazzarò and Isola Bella (the cable car station to reach the beach area is just a few steps away). Also, the short walk to the city center was also a plus. Highly recommended!
Very nice hotel with good location: city center 5 min walk; 3 min walk to the cable way or you can go to the beach by walk as well (15 min) experiencing beautiful views of Isola Bella. The stuff was extra friendly, hospitable and informative. Nice, clean room with a balcony with a bit view at the sea, very very tasty breakfast. Free parking nearby. We hope to go back to beautiful Taormina one day and we will definitely chose Natalina again and also recommend it to everybody!

Old-style hotel but with a good location within 10 minutes walk from the centre of Tarmina, and 5 minutes walk to the cable car. We had a corner room on third floor with a large balcony and a bit of sea view. Excellent breakfast, including a nice Italian cappuchino every morning. Friendly staff.

I was a solo traveller, on budget and didn't expect much from this hotel. Having said that, staff at Natalina were extremely friendly, hospitable and attentive. If I ever go to Taormina again, I know where to stay and will recommend this hotel to all friends. My room was simple and very clean with a balcony and lovely views of the seaside and surrounding hills.

We are very satisfied with our stay in this hotel! The location is convinient, close ti the cabel way that leads to the beach(3 min walk) as well it is close to the city centre( 5min walk).The room was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly.and helpfull! When travelling to Taormina next time, will definitely book this hotel again!

The staff was wonderful - fun and kind and helpful. We were given fresh squeezed orange juice when we arrived, and even though we were quite late arriving they were helpful with where to park our car and how to get into the main section of Taormina. The location was great - on the edge of town, which meant far enough to be out of the fray, but the town is so small that getting into the main part was an easy walk. We only stayed one night, but I hope to come back someday and stay longer, I enjoyed it so much. When we left we were headed to Mount Etna, and the super nice young woman at the front desk gave us excellent directions.

Great family who welcomed us warmly. Nothing was too much trouble, good info re tours etc. Fabulous breakfast, very ample. Fantastic location to visit Etna and in a stunning setting. A few minutes walk to many bars, restaurants, shops, amphitheatre, churches and stunning views of Etna. Would definitely return to Natalina. Easy to get local bus to Catania, Palermo etc.

Location of hotel is good, 20 minutes from bitch (that's normal if you chose to stay near to main street in Taormina), 5 minutes of cable car and just few to main street. Stuff is very friendly, they told us everything about what to see and do in Taormina. Price is good for Taormina standards. Breakfast is very good. Wi-fi works well.
The place is very noisy, if your window is on street side, even when you close it you will hear the sound of cars.

The location of this hotel is just near the main street leading to Taormina. It doesn't look very nice, but it's a very short walk to the city centre and 20 minutes walk downhill to the beach. The Breakfest was the best one I had in Italy!
The bathroom is really funny. The shower is just next to the toilet and it has no shower-tray, so after just one person showering the whole bathroom gets wet.
