The staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and the whole property is very clean and well maintained.   The Pensione is situated in a wonderful place, in 5 minutes from the lake. It is worth to visit Lake Garda when you are tired fron the city.There is a bus stop near the pensione. There is a large parking place in the yard. The rooms are very cosy with big,comfortable beds. Sabastiano speaks good English and knows the area very well. The hotel is located close to the pebble beach at the lakeside. There are bicycles to use for cycling to Simione town centre where you can see the old walled town and ruins, which are closed on Mondays.

  Because of the rain the initial room was a bit damp, but the staff quickly came and transferred us to a new one. Has a nice clean pool. Located directly on the lake with easy access to local shopping and the old city of Sirmione - It was a very good choice , best value for money, it had everything we needed.
