Location is right in the heart of the historic centre. Beside many good restaurants and the ferry boats. Spotlessly clean! Lovely themed rooms with lilac featuring heavily but worked well. We stayed in Audrey which has balcony over looking square and you can see the lake as well. Lovely place, friendly staff members, swimming pool very clean,
beautiful room and bathroom, very relaxing place just by the lake. The
castle is around 10 minutes walk away from the hotel. Absolutely lovely
and we highly recommend to hire a speed boat for yourselves and go
around the lake. And there is a spa and thermal place by the castle you
definitely should go!

The hotel staff were very accommodating and would go out of their way to
help you. There is free use of bikes at the hotel to discover the routes
around the lake and also to visit the local vineyards and surrounding
areas. The breakfast was excellent which set you up for the rest of day.

Plenty of parking, easy to find by car especially from Verona and a superb location as a base for the entire lake. The delightful ladies at reception gave us a map and instructions to get around. Our apartment was spacious and functional, only lacking a corkscrew and some washing up sponges/soap. A basic breakfast is available at an additional cost. Wifi was a little patchy in the room but didn't cause us too much trouble as another router was based in reception. Overall a very good stay.
