  Top quality Hotel. Everything was excellent including the Location right on Lake Garda complete with its own Swimming pool and Thermal Pool. Breakfast on the deck overlooking the Lake was perfect. Modern facilities a few minutes walk to the old town.   Very nice hotel, with friendly, helpful staff. Perfect location for viewing the village, castle and Grotte di Catulla in Sirmione. Nice breakfast. Small, single room, but perfectly fine for one person. - best value for money, breakfast has very much improved since our last stay in 2011

  Excellent location on the side of Lake Garda. The spa pool was great as we could swim in comfort inspite of the fact that it was raining most of the time. Car parking is provided a few minutes walk away from the hotel but the porter will it take it to / collect it from the car park when required The room was spacious and very well appointed.
