It's a pleasure do be dealing with the management as well and the language capabilities of the receptionists (plus their skills and local knowledge) is second to none. Our room was air conditioned and for those traveling by car, there is parking nearby. - Beautiful, modern clean hotel/room. Plenty of toiletries and sundries available in the room. Aircon in the room was leaking when we arrived however this was sorted very quickly and with minimal inconvenience. Friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to the beautiful port and town.
