  The service & food were excellent, both in the hotel (set themed dinner menu) and the linked restaurant (a la carte), and our suite was very comfortable - jacuzzi bath, separate shower, balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in September to go walking, using public transport. This was a return visit after 2 years; standards have bee - Nice, helpfull, and very friendly staff. The best location in Santa Cristina. Charming rooms. We had wonderfull view from our balcony.

  This was a wonderful place to stay in Val Gardena. It is easily accessible; outside the center, close to the main road which is a big advantage, unlike most other hotels/pensions which are up in slopes and access is very difficult by steep and narrow streets. This was perfect from location point of view. The family that runs the pension is keen to... was die leute sagen » ensure that all their guests have a good holiday, they were friendly and helpful any time and know many languages; this is all reflected in the way t - A real family hotel with family care for customers. Very nice relax zone (though it is small, so try not to attend during "hot hour: 4-5 pm") Fantastic cuisine and very fresh! The rooms are not big, but well equipped and comfortable. Bus stop is really 100 meters away and they also provide a hotel transfer to the mountain in the morning. I definitely recommend it for staying if you go for skiing and want a quiet family owned place.

  Vor allem das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön, teilweise mit Blick auf die beeindruckende Bergwelt. Das Badezimmer und die Dusche waren auffallend geräumig. An der Sauberkeit gab es nichts zu beanstanden.
