  zentrale Lage, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Zimmer völlig okay und ausreichend - 3 Bett-Zimmer war groß, Dusche und WC ordentlich, sehr freundliches Personal, Restaurantempfehlung war gut. Alles in allem sicher in dieser Lage und zu diesem Preis ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für uns drei.

It is a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, The Roman Forum, Trojan's Forum and The National Monument to Vittorio Emanuale II which are all must see landmarks in Rome.   We loved everything about Inn Spagna Charming House in Rome, Italy. Especially the staff, cleanliness and location. Everyone was friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The whole complex was clean and the location was better than we could have hoped for with restaurants on each block. We always felt safe. Close to central station, and it's easy to find with the direction I received from hotel couple of days before I arrive. Staff were extremely helpful and hospitality. I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.
