During both stays, staff were 100% friendly, helpful and full of information, even those who did speak english found a way! The service is excellent, we fel - The staff were amazing and could not do enough to make you feel welcome. It was a small, boutique hotel that offered little extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable; for example they arranged a massage in the hotel, flowers in our room and catered for our gluten free diets. Eating breakfast on the terrace at any time that suited us, overlooking the city was a great start to every day and then in the evening we could relax in the roof top spa pool. Would definitely stay again.

  I travel a lot, but it is a first time I really liked the hotel in a european city for the price of 75 euro. It is cituated right to a Vatican museum, very close to a metro station. The hotel itself is very clean. Rooms are great made with very nice design. Breakfast is complimentary and was served inside the room.   It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable. The room had been refurbished 3-4 months ago and was so nice.that goes for the bathroom as well. - Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.
