  If you are looking for a great location, friendly, and budget-wised accommodation, it is the perfect place for you ! You can walk to all the major attractions. Lucia the owner and manger was always nice, welcome, and speaks good English. I will stay again in this hotel in my next visit to Rome. - fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door

  Meine Familie ist begeistert. Es war sehr angenehm, sauber, ruhig, komfortabile, Fruestueck sehr gut. Besonders freundlich war Rezepzionsbeamter Fabrizio, er empfielt uns Restaurante, wo wir "tipico romano" essen koennen. Mit dem offentlichen Verkehrsmittel , kann man vom Hotel leicht alle Sehenswuerdigkeiten erreichen.   This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building. The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds. This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop.   It's confortable and you can make brekfast every morning, coffee and tea were included. very friendly stuff, answer to all our questions.Plus they gave us a phone to call them just in case we need something. Nobody disturbed us and it felt like home. Close to the metro station.
