  The hotel was convenient for public transport. It has been refurbished recently and was clean with pleasant furnishings and good bathrooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly with good local knowledge about locations of places of interest and restaurants etc. The staff booked return transport for us to the airport which was very efficient an... was die leute sagen » d at a very reasonable price. The hotel is ideal for a city break and good value for money. - this was an excellent hotel .the location is good being only ten minutes walk from the main railway station and a few more minutes to the main sites .the room was clean and comfortable breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful .this hotel had 24 hour reception in the main building and I always felt safe in the area .

The staff was really kind and helpful, breakfasts tasty. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.

The reception and dining room are on the 2nd floor, and we lived on the first floor. There is a lift. Furniture and bathroom in the room is in good condition. The lighting is good everywhere. The room has a TV, fr - The room was large and very clean. We had a balcony which was great especially after a long day of walking in Rome. The staff was very nice and friendly. It is a family business and they make sure you are taken care of. The breakfast was good, enough to hold you till lunch. Around the corner was 2 very good restaurants. At first the neighborhood looked run down but I felt safer there then many of the tourist areas in Rome. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
