Staff is very friendly. Interior decoration is new and interesting, everything worked perfectly.   We were very surprised that the B&B is located in a normal apartment house but Alessio was a very good host. He also gave us very good tips were to go for a dinner and where to go shopping. The location is very convenient just few minutes walk from subway.   Its clean, starting from the gate, the elevator, the corridor of the guesthouse and the room. It's cozy. It gave us a homey feeling. I didnt meet Victoria as she was in the hospital but her son Leandro accommodated us well. He gave a free map and suggested the best time and routes to visit places. From termini it is not so far and we easily located it. I dont know w - Victoria is very nice owner. Room was clean, bedding also, what is very important to me. Rooms are without breakfast. But you get coffee and tea if you like in the rooms. Location is near station Termini. We had to leave town in 4:30 A.M. So it was quit and safe street to get to station.

The hosts welcomed us at the door, they were chatty friendly sooooo nice.The room was very nice and the bathroom was excellent - the shower was big with good pressure and hot water. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and cosy. Definitely one of the best designed hotel ever stayed in.
