  We stayed at Relais De L'Opera for our honeymoon in Rome and it was an excellent choice. We were contacted in advance and offered various options for a transfer to the hotel from the airport, and chose a private driver who was there and waiting for us.   Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. No matter what we inquired about she got us the info and even looked after our bookings, taxi's, restaurants, etc and we c... was die leute sagen » an't say enough good things about her. We would definitely stay there again without even looking elsewhere. - This is somewhat a boutique hotel, and not for the budget traveller, but ... what a fantastic location. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

  Friendly staff and Fantastic location, Vatican City was only a few blocks away. Rooms were very clean, decorated tastefully with a mixture of modern and antique furniture. The bed and pillow was super comfortable. Breakfast although continental was lovely with a selection of pastries, cereal and fresh fruit. Fresh coffee was also provided.   Das Hotel liegt ganz toll mitten in Rom. Perfekt für die Besichtigung der Stadt zu Fuss. Durch die Lage in einer kleineren Seitengasse ist es trotz der Zentrumsnähe recht ruhig.
