We travelled as a group of 5. A couple with a child 10 years, and his grand parents. We had two different rooms. Both really nice. Good size, clean,and nice decoration. When we arrived, we had a nice warm welcome, and the rooms were ready. Everything perfect! Quiet outside and inside. Perfect location. 5-10 walk to almost everything. Would definetly stay again :-)

the staff were wonderful!!!they helped us with every thing we needed. the inn is located near all the sight , we didn't need to take a bus or metro . the room was very clean and breakfast was nice and tasty.we will sure come back.
Staff were great. Clean spacious room but quite basic. Fridge and tea making facility were appreciated. Located within walking distance to most "must see" attractions, but fair distance from metro stations.
We were there for 5 nights, the same basic breakfast got pretty boring and the coffee was terrible. Our room (I think it was #7) was located below residential apartment; occupants seemed to move furniture around all night!

No elevator. Tough to manage a long flight of stairs with heavy suitcase, but staff ready to help. Poor sound insulation, so noisy guests can be a problem.

The staff (Nadia) was great. The breakfast is simple, but not in a bad way - and the coffee was fantastic. They don't wash the towels, but it's not a big deal.
The staff were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Excellent location for city trip to Rome with great shops, sights and restaurants close by. Good breakfast brought to room each morning. Would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable beds, really clean room and the toillet. Position in the center of Rome so it's very easy to get wherever you want very quick. Stuff is very friendly and helpful.

The location was great and once you get your bearings and how the streets are signposted, it was easy to get around. The staff were great and very helpful. A big thanks to Nadia and Maria who helped with last minute tour issues via email. Breakfast was good and expresso did the trick first thing in the morning. Rooms were comfortable and clean and all we expected. It was close to the bus drop off from airport so no need for finding taxis.

I can't say enough about Nadia who was so helpful and attentive to our every need. Nothing was too much trouble for either Nadia or her colleague Maria and there was a mobile phone in the room which we could take with us if we had any questions, needs or if we got lost, which we did a lot although we did find our way eventually without having to call Nadia. I would highly recommend this hotel for the staff and location alone but it ticks all the boxes. It's not a flash 5 star hotel but its perfect if you don't require the extra stars.
Nadia at the Inn is warm and friendly! Don't forget to ask her for tips on dinning at local favourites- you will not be disappointed!
1. the staff was extremely nice and helpful. there is a feel of a small an intimate hotel. it is managed by two lovely young ladies who helped us get around the city and could answer every question we've had. 2. The location could NOT be better. It is amazingly easy to get to all the main attractions, and yet it is in a quite alley. 3. The room is basic but it's designed great and feels homey.
1. They change large towels only once per two days, and in Rome, after a long day, you want to take a shower and use a dry towel every day. :-) 2. Breakfast is not amazing, but in Rome there are no good breakfasts anywhere. 3. The shower space is a bit weird.
Nice comfortable stay at the Condotti Inn for a City Trip to Rome. It's located in the centre and just 10 minutes from Piazza Navona. Rooms are clean, breakfast is ok and staff is very helpfull..

The hotel is located in an old building on one of side streets almost in the city center (10min walk from both Pantheon and Piazza Navona, as well as Castel St Angelo and Vaticano; Fontana di Trevi is reachable within 15min on foot maximum). Rooms are good equiped, windows face empty backstreet. Cleaning was done every day.
Breakfast lacks hot meal and variety. Croissant with jam every morning should be added by sth else.
Localization. Taylored made hotel for few people. Breakfast served in the room. Free wifi. The girl from the reception (Nadia) very friendly.
First floor, no lift. Small street a bit noisy ( a dog barked a lot).
Very nice condotti. Having breakfast in bed. Top staff !!! Very good located, very near to nice bars, trattoria's, shops, Castel Angelo, Via del Corso, Piazza Navona
