  As we had a car this location was perfect. Parking was free and the #12 bus to Venice was a 3 minute walk from the hotel which also sells the bus tickets. The bus was a 10 minute ride to Venice. The hotel was safe,clean and comfortable. Get there by 7.15 as they will be turning people - I felt that I was in a more upscale hotel, even though the cost was quite reasonable. The hotel is in a very convenient location--near to the bus stops and also only a short walk to the piazza in Mestre. The breakfast included in the price of the room was wonderful! Also, parking is free on the grounds of the hotel.
