  Our room in the spa annex of the hotel was wonderful. On the top floor with goregous beams and fantastic decor. The staff were all really helpful and friednly. Breakfast was served downstairs in the main hotel and was very nice. The location is great - a few minutes walk from the fantastic Piazza Bra and the Arena. The front desk staff were amazing and friendly, helpful and recommended places to eat as well as directions, advice and information. The spa and Turkish baths were amazing! The rooms were clean, spacious and amazing showers and bathroom! We would most definitely recommend staying there.

  - the building is in the middle of vineyards - the son of owners (David) produces wine - is good for acceptable price (we really love wine) - the room was apartment - the kitchen is almost fully equipped (no microwave oven) - its not far from highway and maybe 15min to the lake (Garda) - the staff is very nice - the have very good smoked meat prod... was die leute sagen » ucts (prosciutto, lardo...) and cheese - It was nice to be surrounded by olive trees and vines. We enjoyed the cold cut tray -for 2- and the nice bottle of Chiaretto rosé offered with kindness even if we arrived a late Sunday afternoon. Our room name was Cabernet and that was more than a room more like a comfortable nest with view.

  We loved that it was so easy to get to and from the Realto Bridge for arrivals and departures and for additional day trips... It was wonderful to be able to walk to and fro to San Marco's Square and despite the close proximity, the price was very reasonable. The hotel was spotless and breakfast plenty and delicious. They provided locked up baggage servic - The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt.   Es war alles sehr sauber und freundlich. - Man wurde sehr freundlich empfangen, überhaupt war das Personal sehr freundlich. Es war wirklich sehr sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet mit viel Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel lag direkt am Meer und gleich bei der Einkaufsstraße.
