  The staff was really helpful and friendly! It is a good base to visit Florence, not far from the main turistic attractions and well connected to the main station and other towns (Fiesole etc.). - Friendly staff, family-like atmosphere, and nice breakfast considering the price.

  One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Check in was simple, and the people were very kind. It's a huge hostel/hotel so it doesn't have the general "hostel atmosphere" in main areas, but I stayed in a female dorm with 5 other girls, and made instant friends! Also the most impressive part of this hostel/hotel is that they have just about every c... was die leute sagen » onvenience you can imagine! From a delicious included breakfast, to laundry facilities, free filtered water machine, and hot water for making tea etc - The staff we're nice and obliging. 24 hour reception and no curfew. The rooms were great and kept quite tidy. Bathrooms were kept very clean which was nice. Free wi-fi was awesome. If you want to spend your last day exploring- you can leave your bags at the hotel and pick them up later so you don't have to take them around with you all day. The restaurant was great- cheap but good food. Breakfast was lovely and a big selection. Friendly atmosphere and in a great location. Just five minutes from

  It was close to the train station and easy to find. Also the staff were super helpful and friendly. Often at hostels you feel unwelcome or like a burden especiallly if you donàt speak the language.
