Alberto was the most charming and welcoming host, and we noticed that every aspect of the hotel had been very carefully thought through to ensure no detail was overlooked.   This B&B is simply the best Hotel I ever stayed. You feel very welcome right from the start and the whole Hotel has a lovely family atmosphere. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The hospitable hosts/owners speak Italian which added to the cultural charm of our stay (a lot of hand gesturing). We usually stay in 4-star hotels, rather than bed-and-breakfasts, but were on a limited budget, and Saturnia is expensive in May. It is nice 6-flat hotel, family-owned, they manage/clean/take care of everything as a couple, but you will be amazed they worked so hard to have everybody at the hotel feel so happy.
