  The house is spotless and well-appointed. This is actually one place that looks better in person than in pictures. If you are looking for a bed & breakfast in Florence this is a great place. Parking was available (most of the time) in front of the villa. The staff (we met only Franchesco) was helpful and nice. Guided us to any location we asked, gave a detailed explanation on what we should and shouldn't do. True 10 out of 10. Thank you.

  Hotel Arianna was a fantastic place to stay! We were welcomed by the owner who was the most lovely,friendly and helpful lady you could ever wish for. Her husband and daughter were also equally as nice even their pet dog was great! He is very nice to introduce the interesting places to me and help me print out the ticket for museum the next day with patient. What's more, because of my train late, he was waiting for me until midnight. I'm very appreciate of everything he did. The location is also very good. It's near the train station and not far away from interesting places. I slept very well that night. The room is very comfortable and clean.
