Extremely helpful staff who take genuine interest in their guests - all you have to do is ASK and Matteo (who speaks English well) will help you out. Owner offered us free lunch because our tour to Mt Etna had to be postponed from AM to PM due to car problems that he could not foresee.

Also the rooms have everything you need and the employees are very friendly. During our stay there was a wedding, which made it even more special.
