  We were upgraded to a different residence - we had booked the San Domenico Residence but we slept in Badia Nuova Residence. The room was perfect for a couple with cooking possibilites. The location of Badia Nuova Residence is perfect: Very close to the old city center and only a 15 minute walk from the train station. - I stayed in this hotel with my husband and daughter we really enjoyed ourself - location was perfect.. Close to bars and restaurants and beach, we rented a car which made it all worth while!!! We will be back....

  Excellent!!! The host was young, nice and friendly, he really did care about us and our staying there. The rooms very clean and jolly, nice decorated and our apartment included a nice kitchen where we chose to have breakfast self cooked to enjoy it together. A little bit far from the city but cosy and relaxing. It was such a pitty we couldn;t spen... was die leute sagen » d more than a day there.a nice barbecue and a little olive orchard can be seen from your balcony. - The loaction may seem a little way-out but its a short walk to a good beach. The owner was really nice and helped us print our airline ticket in his house. There is a nice area for BBQ out the back, and a little retreat with hammocks. We would recommend this for a group of people to stay as the on-site bar/restaurant is a good place to chill. very comfortable altogether!

The room with a terrace is highly recommendable - it gave us a great view both to the sea and to the mountain. I recommend half board; the dinner alternatives were varied, the servings plentyful and the food was just v - Excellent hotel, walking distance from the cable car going up Mount Etna. We arrived late at night, but the man at the reception was extremely nice!! He explained all excursions, answered all of our questions (millions of them), and was able to share with us his love of the volcano. This certainly made our stay. The room was great, super clean, wifi is great.
