We travelled with another couple so this was like sharing an apartment. Giuseppina was a wonderful host helping us with suggestions on whereto eat, (all of which we loved) even though she had little English. Son Giuseppe carried our bags up the 3 flights of stairs and down again on our departure. Wonderful breakfast. Would absolutely recommend.

Great location, very accommodating.. Very helpful staff, very close to Fontana Bianche.. The bicycles available for free on the property were a great way to get to the beach and rocks. The restaurant on site is amazing.. The wait staff was incredible and very accommodating.. -

Eine sehr nette Residence (kein Hotel) mit sehr nettem Personal. Da wir nicht mobil waren, konnten wir uns zu sehr günstigen Konditionen von einem Angestellen die Umgebeung zeigen lassen. Excellent reserved and quiet location,surrounded by nature, on the hill of Acitrezza, The furniture are new, in design, functional and above all everything is very clean.

The loaction may seem a little way-out but its a short walk to a good beach. The owner was really nice and helped us print our airline ticket in his house. There is a nice area for BBQ out the back, and a little retreat with hammocks. We would recommend this for a group of people to stay as the on-site bar/restaurant is a good place to chill. very comfortable altogether!

Loved the reception, both staff and room. When they gave us a ceramic bottle of water "old style, works by evaporation to keep the water cold", I knew we had landed somewhere "real". This was quite a find, and perhaps 2 kilometers from the ruins at Agrigento. The recommended restaurant, las pinetas, rounded out a perfect stay. -

Excellent hotel, walking distance from the cable car going up Mount Etna.
We arrived late at night, but the man at the reception was extremely nice!! He explained all excursions, answered all of our questions (millions of them), and was able to share with us his love of the volcano. This certainly made our stay.
The room was great, super clean, wifi is great.

are looking at this hotel now however, give yourself a highfive, cause

Do not compare a 5* hotel in Sicily with a 5* hotel anywhere else in the world...Saying that, we had a lovely time despite some flaws, exploring the Etna region and playing golf on the oldest golf course in Sicily nearby (green fee reduction when you stay in the hotel). Make sure to visit Castiglione di Sicilia about 1/2 hr. away. Hotel is in a very quiet area in well kept grounds, perfect for a short break. Good Wi-Fi connection in rooms, but somehow slow speed (as everywhere in Sicily).
