Das Zimmer war einfach aber sehr sauber und das Bett das bequemste, das wir auf unserer kleinen Sizilienrundreise hatten. Der Besitzer war immer sehr nett und auch sehr bemüht. Die Anlage liegt sehr schön zwischen Oliven und Orangenhainen. -
echt super, war echt perfekt. geiles frühstück, das beste, das wir auf sizilien hatten!

I would really like to recimmend this hotel. I was staying there in May
2013. The hotel is located in the very city center in the beginning of a
pedestrian area. It is nice looking, new and super clean. Besides all
the neccessary stuff like a bed you can also find in the room a big
sofa, new tv, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, wardrobe, etc. The
bathroom is also new and bog enough.

What a delightful surprise this was, from when Sara first came out to
greet us til she saw us off. This is a family-run hotel and they all
were pleasant and worked to make our one night stay very enjoyable.
We'd originally thought we might go to town for dinner but instead
decided to dine there and it was a delicious experience. We got the full
dinner, which was many courses of home-baked foods we had not tried
before, a great local wine and their own cherries. Their property

It was a familiar and lovely welcome in the residence. The hoteliers, Carmen and Vincenzo, are more than friendly! Vincenzo picked us up from the ferry and Carmen showed us around the residence. It is a wonderful site a few steps away from main street and port with a fantastic sea view. The rooms have a proper size and are modern and clean. The bad is sooo comfortable.
We had a perfect one-week stay in “Le Terrazze”, almost felt like home, especially because of the nice (English speaking) hote

I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.

We were the only quests in this 200 years old villa from lava stones (being partly reconstructed at the time). Only Italian speaking staff Rosetta was so kind and natural taking care of us "like a mother". She even called her friend speaking English to ease our communication.

Very nice place, high level of service, nice and friendly staff, located just a few steps from the square in front of Il Duomo. Close to restaurants, shopping and Culture.
