Actually it was two connecting small rooms, with a double bed in each, so staying with children was quite confortable. The location is great. 30 minutes drive to Etna and to Catania.

  The drive with Massimo from the car park to our accomodation was exciting. We were a bit unlucky in that the village was enveloped in cloud, but that made the drive more exciting. Think very narrow cobble-stoned streets,slippy with the moisture,driving at speed and missing corners,parked cars etc. by millimetres. The apartment is tastefully designed with excellent facilities and comforts. Massimo met us as we arrived at the hilltop location and helped us to park our car in a free car park and then took us and our luggage in his car to the apartments. He recommended very good restaurants and was generally extremely helpful. Our two day stay was perfect.
