  Rooms very comfortable and clean, with 2 bathrooms in the 3-bed room and large roof-top terrace in the 2-bed room - superb! Very nice and helpful staff. Fantastic location in old town. Although parking was almost 1km away, they arranged a free shuttle which worked really well. Breakfast was fresh and had a very good selection. We were greeted warmly and given lots of great advice. - the manager on reception even booked us a table at a seafront restaurant! Fabulous! The rooms were basic but well air conditioned and lovely comfy beds! The lady on reception the following morning could not have been more helpful! 5* service!

  The location of the Hotel was great - just 15min walk to Ibla and in the center of all other attractions of Ragusa, opposite to the cathedral. The Hotel it self is in one of the old palaces. The service was great, especially the receptionist Michele, who was at our disposal for any questions or recommendations. We truly recommend this wonderful Hotel, and will visit again - The hotel is up hill on new Ragusa area. The service is 5 stars, breakfast is good, rooms are very cute and well decorated, very romantic. We were there just for 1 night and were very impressed with the quality of service. The hotel was a antique house of upscale family from old times turned into a hotel. It is very charming and you can walk around the hotel and imagine how life used to be in the past in that house.

  We thought this hotel was the nicest we encountered on the island .The staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delicious as was our dinner . The rooms were immaculate and had every thing one could need. there is even a private section on the beach belonging to the establishment !   This is a great hotel set in an old wine press. It is a very romantic place set in an orchard. There are bikes to ride and lovely pool area. Staff are great and all speak good English. Had a complimentary glass of wine! Loved the setting of the hotel.
