  Love love Love Modica so much. Love everything and everything at the hotel. We had such a wonderful time here. We arrived late due to travel from Palermo via public transport on Sunday. We were given handful of Modica information from Sara. She spent a good 30 minutes with us. She was advising about the local restaurants, attra - A lovely old palazzo in the heart of Modica, technically a B&B but feels like a small hotel. A very different place to stay, full of character but skilfully adapted by the owners to provide modern facilities whilst retaining the charm and heritage of a terrific old building. And a cracking, and very reasonably priced, little osteria fifty metres across the road. Lovely, friendly and incredibly helpful owners who made us feel very much at home. A really nice, and unusual, place to stay.

You need a car to go to the beach and to the city, but it is a very good deal. The place is modern with lounge bar and swimming pool, with a private parking place. Even when we did not have time forbreakfast becouse of a early flight, they brought a little breakfast for the next morning just before we went to bed. Nice rooms,clean bathroom and good beds. If looking for a place to stay near airport, book Villa Carlo.

However, once you walk pass these 1-2 blocks, you are at the Elephant fountain and the Duomo so the location to the sights is great. There are lots of good seafood restaurants nearby.

  Absolutely brilliant place to stay. I could not recommend it more. Carmen and Vincenzo are probably the nicest people you'll ever meet. Vincenzo came to pick us up at the ferry. They have a large terrace area for t - It was a familiar and lovely welcome in the residence. The hoteliers, Carmen and Vincenzo, are more than friendly! Vincenzo picked us up from the ferry and Carmen showed us around the residence. It is a wonderful site a few steps away from main street and port with a fantastic sea view. The rooms have a proper size and are modern and clean. The bad is sooo comfortable. We had a perfect one-week stay in “Le Terrazze”, almost felt like home, especially because of the nice (English speaking) hote

  Bright, clean & freshly restored. Friendly & helpful owner & staff - really made to feel at home. Although a Bed & Breakfast, we could come and go at any time. - This is my second visit to B&B 22.
