We had two days in Rome and this was the perfect hotel for it.
Location: Less than a 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. We were able to easily walk to the Coliseum/Roman Forum, Spanish Steps and Pantheon (and take the hop-on, hop-off bus to the Vatican). We were even able to see most sites both during the day and at night (Coliseum and Trevi are

The whole experience was fantastic. We felt as thought we were exclusive, within the luxurious estate, and could not fault the prompt assistance from the staff.
The breakfast was superb.
Recommendations by staff , including bookings for restaurants were also well managed. Our room was a Palatial size bedroom and ensuite complete with deep bath. 24 hour concierge was also a secure comfort.
Highly recommended for a stay.

This is absolutely gorgeous location with amazing view. The B&B itself is in old building but renovated and everything is brand new. In the building there is also a restaurant with amazing food and great atmosphere.

Excellent place for several days stay not far from Rome. Rooms are big and small kitchen makes as home. Pools are clean. Staff is frendly and very supportive.
