  Comfy bed - We felt welcomed. The room was nice, clean, spacious and bright. Excellent shutters and good A/C. The older couple running the b&b were friendly and wanted to make our stay pleasant.

  Peter was so helpful and friendly. He printed bus maps for us and was a wealth of information. He spoke French and English which worked for us. The location is very convenient and quiet with our balcony looking over the courtyard. A little out of the center but the bus is just minutes away. The room was cleaned everyday. The a/c worke - Very good location, you can use the bus lines and go easily everywhere in the center of Rome and to the Vatican City. Mr Peter helped us to use the buses. The owner and the staff are very helpfull and kind. The family room is big enough for 4, beautifull decorated and very clean. The area is quiet and safe with a tobacco store in front of the building where you can buy tickets, and markets, restaurants and cafeterias around.   Our room was spacious with modern furniture and a nice modern bathroom with a good shower. We looked on to an interior courtyard, so it was very quiet. The guesthouse is situated in a square where we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings and it is a minute's walk from the metro stop Re di Roma.   Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. - Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.

  A perfect stay in Rooms In Rome. Located in a quiet, yet central area in Rome, no problem to walk to most of the attractions in the city. Very helpful and friendly staff.
