  Matteo was very helpful and friendly. The location is pretty but hard to find...make sure you have gps coordinates. The breakfast is not adequate...a bit of false advertising. Would be better to say a snack is provided. Also, the restaurant is about a 10-minute drive away and horseback riding is not on the premises but about 5-10 min down the road... was die leute sagen » . - Just outside of Rome we found the location ideal. We were able to drive to small towns in the area and experience all the charm they had to offer. When visiting Rome we took a nearby train.

  We arrived to Rom on sunday evening. Så few days before got we an email from Michelle who is working as a assistent there. She was asking us about if we need any help with taxi or more like tickets to museums. It was very nice of her! The taxi waited us when we arrived. It was a really good standard for B&B: bedclothes, that were changed to cl... was die leute sagen » ean every third day; the bathrum was in the room; towels were changed to clean every day if it needed; breakfast was simple inkluding warm croissants - We stayed two nights.Our hosts were excellent. Very welcoming and informative about Rome and places to visit. The room was clean but I feel a tad on the small side and quite basic in its layout. Nice bathroom. You could help yourself to refreshments whenever you want. Breakfast was served in your room as there was no kitchen or dining room. this was at an agreed time with hosts. This was a continental breakfast and consisted of toast, croissants, yogurt and drinks. This was plenty.

If you want to know how the inside of the apartments you - The innkeeper was so friendly!! He gave us a map and made excellent recommendations for where to eat and sites to see. Although we were clearly tourists we felt like we had the inside scoop. Location is perfect... Lots to do and see. Sofa bed was very comfortable and washing machine in bathroom was a bonus. This was an exceptional deal!!!
