The view on the terrace where breakfast is served is very beautiful with a view of the sea and harbor. The room was fine, not too big, but the bathroom was very nice. You must park in the public lot and walk to the hotel. It is on a very interesting narrow street with many local shops and stores. The owner is very nice,accommodating and speaks very good English. We will stay here here again if we return.

A few minutes to the Spanish Steps and Fontana di Trevi, Supermarket around 3 corners, Colosseum within 15-20 minutes walk, Via Condotti 2 minute walk, via de Corso less than 30 seconds away... Etc. Breakfast was super, Nespresso Machine in the breakfast room and every single hotel room! Every morning we had 4 new espresso caps ;-) No additional charge!

  We were traveling with my 3 sisters and family. The group of 4 rooms was excellent. The only slight problem was their computer initially processing payment. The rooms are nice and private bathrooms a pleasure (since in the past we shared bathrooms to get a lower rate). The location is awesome. Washer and drying rack was very useful for such a long stay. We cooked many times in the nice kitchen. Loved the rain shower in the bathroom. Super location, close to restaurants, banks, bus, taxis. I will stay here again a - The location was perfect. The place was super clean and the staff was very attentive a curious! Read some other reviews about the noise.. The place is so centrally located so there was some noise but the sound- proof windows blocked nearly all if the ground noise. The owners even set up transfer to the airport that came early. I have stayed in Rome at 3 other places and this was the best for the combo of clean, value, and location! Will definitely stay again!

On one night we had an issue getting our mobile to work which given we had left our two small children with their grand parents was an issue.
