  The apartment was small, but very clean and modern furnished. Our room was quite small, but had a big double bed and we had a nice modern bathroom in our room. Ohh and the walls were sound proof!! The metro station is very close to the apartment, maximum 1 min walk :) and 2 metro stops from the Vatican.   We were positively surprised when we saw our room, it was much bigger than any ordinary three/four stars hotel, everything was clean, nicely designed. The bathroom is separated from the room, but it's just across the corridor, with everything you need. We were very satisfied to stay there, the Place is quiet, close to colosseum(from Domus Carmanello we walked basically - We arrived late and the owners were fine for us to check in late. They were both very friendly and gave us lots of info and the best ways to get around. The hotel is walking distance from the colosseum and roman forum and is also right next to Saint Giovanni metro for people who would prefer not to walk.
