  This hotel is located in the middle of everything. We could walk to any of the sights we wanted to see. It is only a block of Piazza Navona, which has lots of great restaurants and is a stunning area. Lots of boutiques in the street where you can find good clothes, bags, souvenirs. Cultural attractions are nearby on foot or by bus/metro/subway. Rooms are large and new, good beds, good bathroom and a minibar. Staff was friendly, helpfull and polite. No breakfast but lots to find in the neighbourhood.

  Unfortunately we had problems with other booking so we did reservation in Residence the same evening we arrived. The reception has been already closed but manager came from home to organize check in. This was the best part of our Rome visit as far as comfort and friendliness are concerned. Over and over, they gave directions, helped with an awful incident, made our stay a delight. The breakfast was out of this world with fresh baked goods and home made yogurt and fine cappuccino. Would stay again...4.8 Euros to get to our cruise ship (1 1/2 hours ride)---- Tuscolana is right on the train line. Quiet neighbourhood.

  Excellent place for a beach relaxing holiday! Very close to the beach - just cross a quite road - and you're there! This hotel has its own sand beach wich chaise-longues and umbrellas. Hotel is located close to the city center and railway station - I think it's best possible location in Minturno-Scauri! We liked design of our number - nice sea style, calm blue colour of walls. - The best part was the service, especially one man who I believe may have been the manager. He went out of his way to try to find some English reading material that he thought he had (would be great if they had a small library with both English and Italian titles, since they are a seaside resort). He also spent some time trying to track down some scuba companies for arrange a dive for me. Very friendly and going out of his way to help.

  Staff was the most helpful and friendly of all the hotels we stayed at in Italy. Took time to type out directions into the city for us and highlite everything on our map. Accomodations were great and very clean. - In the center of the city, not far away from train and bus station. The personnel is very friendly, room is clean and quite big.

  it's clean, comfortable and good location. it's very convenient to go to every toursit attractions by bus. - Spacious. Comfortable bed. Has an air conditioner. Literally a few houses down from a delicious restaurant. Across the road from the train station to Fuimicino which is the only reason we booked this hostel.
