  This is just perfect hotel with a location at Spaccanapoli, close to Santa Chiara. You cant go wrong by staying here. There are a few issues though. First there is no breakfast, no food at all. You will get a meal ticket, you can use this to pay for a coffe and a croissant at the coffe bar at Piazza S. Domenico Maggiore, a 7 min walk from the hote... was die leute sagen » l. I didnt, it was to upperclass for my taste, so I had my morning coffe at small coffe bar in Via Sebastiano, of course I had to pay, that meal tick - The hotel is on the second floor, so plenty of stairs, but Vincent was on hand to help with our bags. We had a large double room with en suite shower room, and a small balcony facing Santa Chiara. You're right in the middle if the historical centre of the city with easy access to all the churches etc. the room was clean and if you kept the French doors to the balcony closed, you couldn't hear any traffic noise at all.   A good money-saving place next to Sorrento which is much more expensive. The beach is 160 steps down thus adding to our good physical condition. We travelled with a small dogs and the pets are well accepted. Air-conditioning worked stable. The parking place is enough to hold all the cars (only in the week-ends it is rather packed). - Friendly, helpful staff, even turned on wafer slide especially for our children.   It was a short walk from what I thought to be a very cute secret beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the donuts with chocolate inside are delicious! - i like the staff, they are very nice and helpful, the room is clean (every day) and it is a nice spot; close to the station, to the center.
