The hotel was beautifully designed by one of the owners and immaculate throughout. The view from our room (we had one balcony and a terrace) was AMAZING! The location of the hotel was perfect for Positano. We were very glad that we were not staying at any hotel on the upper side of the town since transportation within Positano can be challenging. A bit pricey but definitely worth the money. The staff! They are beyond amazing. Viviana and her team goes out of her way to make our stay comfortable and make sure all our whims and wishes are met. We have the family room on the ground floor by the gardens and there's a jacuzzi right outside on our very own terrace area. In 2 weeks traveling around Italy, this is the best, without a doubt.
The staff could not be faulted, rooms were modern and very clean,
breakfast was the best continental buffet, and for the older part of the
city, location was great. For further afield, a short walk to the Metro.
Wins on all aspects of a great stay. Make sure you have an address in
Italian, because it is a little hard to find 1'st time.
