  We were met at the reception by 'Gina' who was courteous and pleasant. We were offered a glass of proseco in the garden, taking in the view of Capri, while we waited for our room. Like all hotels in Capri uptown you have to walk from the funicolare or taxistand on the main square to the hotel. This takes 10 minutes or so.
