  Einfach aber sehr mbemühtes freundliches Personal, Sauber und Nett. - Everithing it was excelent. The room have a very userful kitchen. The bathroom is clean. The hotel is right near the bus station and is very easy to go to the leaning tower. Mister from the reception is very nice and help with many informations about what to visit. The staff were extremely helpful, polite & spoke fairly good English. The bedding was comfortable & the apartment has most things you would need for a stay of up to a week.
