  The room is very nice and clean. There is a lift so you don't need to carry your bags upstairs. The location is perfect - 5-10 minutes from major attractions and 15 minutes walk from Pisa Central railway station. Luca, the owner, is really very helpful and friendly. He speaks English and Russian reasonably well. We were staying in a very beautiful room : Italian baroque furniture, lovely big comfortable beds, painted ceiling, big bathroom! Lovely place for vacations!
