  Great hotel. Room we stayed in was huge, spotless and very clean. The bathroom was huge and spotless. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with an excellent variety of fuits and other staples. We had a back room 415 and with the shutters closed it was silent. In summer if you wanted to open the shutters there is an aircon machine nearby which is noisy.

The reception staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and informative and speak good English. The hotel is very centrally located and for the price it would be difficult to find a better hotel in Palermo.
