  Well it's hard to describe or to draw clear line between positive and negative things in this hotel. So I'll start from biggest advantage - place. Perfect location, from hotel it's 2 minutes on walk to Milan central train station. The best thing there terminates airport shuttles, so you can be on time even for early morning flight. Breakfast itself not rich, just a ma - Dear Friends , Hotel Florida is a 3 Stars hotel . Very friendly and helpful staff . Specially the last day I had a problem with my credit card , it was miss understanding between the bank and letsbookhotel.com , I thought I was charged twice , luckily the reception lady was very patient and she solved my concern . The hotel is clean , bathroom is just perfect . I couldnt rate the bed quality because I was so exhausted ^_^ the elevator was ok . I appreciate everything about this hotel specially

  The hostel was very clean and walking distance away from all the sights. The man from the desk gave me a map with all the sights on it which helped. I stayed for 2 nights and for the 2nd night i was alone in a 4 bedroom female room which was nice to have some space but all the ladies were lovely that were in their previously.   The host is very nice. He answered lots of our inquiries, like the route to the airport, the post office etc. And he always gave us a warm smile that make us feeling great. - The staff is friendly. He apologized for the mistake he did with timing due to daylight saving.
