Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean. WiFi works. - The hotel is great, really fancy, staff extremelly attentive and kind. Is just outside the old town in what look like a new business area of Milan. Great breakfast with a lot of options. The room we stayed was in the last floor with no windows, like an attic. May sound weird, but was really cozy and with a fake hera climbing the walls. Great value for money!

The area seems pretty dead in the morning, but it starts to wake up in the late afternoon and evening. It's a good compromise between price and location. As Milan is a safe city even in the middle of the night you can go back to the hotel with no feeling of fear.
