When I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming and spoke brilliant English (my Italian is virtually non-existent). My room was very spacious and was absolutely immaculate. He showed me the buses and the shopping areas with a map. In your room there's a map which shows the bus routes and the nearby restaurants.
