  Das Personal war sehr freundlich und mehrsprachig. Ich war schon öfters in Mailand und der Service war immer sehr schlecht. Standtort war super und man hat mir für einen kleinen Aufpreis ein besseres Zimmer angeboten. - Überaus freundliches Personal, schöne saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück.

  Loved this b&b, strongly recommend to stay here, very honestly priced room. Ignore all the other negative feedback left. Staff are very helpful. I will always be coming back. Thank you for all the help. - The location of the hostel is very good, close to tram and metro lines, all in all, it is a good value for money.

  we liked their hospitality and friendliness. The hotel staff was very helpful. They especially called a person knowing Indian Language(Hindi) so that we do not have any difficulty in communicating things. The breakfast was wholesome and specially the person (?forgetting name) who used to serve us tea and cappuccino. The Hotel is located in a quiet place and is close to "Pace" , a happe - It's an ideal place/location for people on business trip. However if you want to give access to people who are doing business shopping it would be good to have facilities such as scale to check weight of luggage, a place to pack luggages, it can be outside or in the parking. Otherwise fantastic!!! English language has been a plus for your customers.
