  Fantastic location for shopping and sightseeing in Milan. Could see the Via Dante/Piazza dei Mercanti from our balcony. Staff was very helpful and friendly.   This is a decent place for anyone who are with connecting flights from the other Milan airports or would like to catch the trains for some of the other cities.Rooms were quite ok and a good value for the money. Staff was extremely helpful, spoke well English, especially the guys from the day shifts. The situation is really good only 5 minutes far from Milan Central Station (train) and the buses for the airport, the underground is 10 minutes walking. The staff was friendly and helpful, they keep us our luggage in the check-out day so we were able to see the city comfortably before go to the airport.

  Everything! The staff was amazing! Even before we arrived, we had contact with staff asking if we needed any services upon arrival. After our arrival, they were helpful with making our stay more enjoyable! When we walked into our room, it was beautiful, comfortable, and smelled great! I know that sounds weird, but you felt like walking into a ... was die leute sagen » spa! The hotel is green, which was so cool! The breakfast was the best we had had on our 10 day trip! We left wanting to return and to stay at Hote - I like it that the room was furnished stylishly and everything seems new and well-maintained. The propriataria, I think, was so nice and kind that she showed me to my room and didn't mind that I wanted to practice Italian and took time to let me and restated all that needed to pay attention to in English. The breakfast was such a heaven! Food was healthy (fresh fruits, juice, water, bread of all kinds and eggs and bacon) and there's live classical guitar play!
