The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet.   A chauffeur service from the airport was a welcome additional service. The apartment was opened for us on arrival. This has not been the case at other apartments I have stayed at in Europe. Our host provided a helpful introduction to the apartment and the local neighbourhood. It is in a great location. We didn't need a clothes dryer, because the we - friendly welcome service (our plane arrived late, and we arrived at the apartment past midnight - no complaint, no extra charges). We broke a lamp, but it was no problem at all. "Viminale" is an excellent location (also friendly and helpful neighbors - not seedy at all, as somebody wrote). Many sights within a short walking distance (colloseo, foro Romano, etc.). Nearby Metro gets you quickly and cheaply (1.50 euro for age 12 and up) to Vatican city.

The location is great as it is right next to the main road - Via Nazionale. It was also located in a very safe area as the place was next to the Ministry of Defence offices.
