  Peter was so helpful and friendly. He printed bus maps for us and was a wealth of information. He spoke French and English which worked for us. The location is very convenient and quiet with our balcony looking over the courtyard. A little out of the center but the bus is just minutes away. The room was cleaned everyday. The a/c worke - Very good location, you can use the bus lines and go easily everywhere in the center of Rome and to the Vatican City. Mr Peter helped us to use the buses. The owner and the staff are very helpfull and kind. The family room is big enough for 4, beautifull decorated and very clean. The area is quiet and safe with a tobacco store in front of the building where you can buy tickets, and markets, restaurants and cafeterias around.
