Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had to add an additional night prior to our arrival and this was done with ease and efficiency. Also, on check-out, I had the dates mixed up and thought we were checking out the day after. The staff gave us ample time to check-out and even kept our luggage at their office until we went to pick it up in the afternoon. We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.

Brilliant location, perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and a handy bus stop about 50m away. I phoned the managers when I arrived at the airport and there was someone waiting for me with a key when I got to the apartment. The apartment is clean and basic and very spacious. The location of the appartment was perfect. It was spotless and very comfortable for our family of four. Two adults and two kids. There was also a supermart nearby and just below the appartment there were a number of cafes. The nespresso machine was a nice touch and so were the Dvds and books on the book self.
Overall , the price , location and the quality of the appartment was excellent.

The receptionist was really very helpful and spoke very good English. The apartment was spacious and had all that we wanted, and was new and had some great design elements. And it was especially good for travel with kids. The location was great. A pleasant walk or short tram ride to the centre of Milan and lots of interesting shops and restaurants close by. And it was in a VERY quiet street, which was great.

The apartment was in a great location to the nightlife of navigli, shopping and walking distance to duomo. Marco was a very efficient and welcoming host. Nothing was a problem. They are quite basic, but very clean and as we didn't spend much time in our room, they were adequate for our visit. I would definitely stay here again. -

We LOVED Diffuso Navigli Apartments!
1. It was SO clean!
2. It was SO spacious!
3. The loft was really a fun aspect

Great Sunday discounted price. Good location where we could walk to
the Duomo. Easy parking via elevator under the complex. (Big cars will
not fit) Our attic unit had a balcony. The two Queen beds were great
but the roll-a-way was very uncomfortable. We were in the main complex
and had excellent Internet. Kitchen was minimally stocked. Check-in
girl had excellent English and was very helpful and friendly. She
helped carry our bags upstairs and provided a map with directions. We
enjoyed our stay
