  It was very convenient to get to the Vatican City while the Metro is close too. Our first impressions where rather low as the area the hotel is in has a rather dodgy feel. We think the place is actually a regular office place/flat and they have turned it into a one-floor hotel. We went over the Easter weekend and was provided with some nice breads, cakes, Italian coffee and juices for the occ - Really pleased we chose to stay here for our 2 nights in Rome! It's a 2 minute walk from the metro station. Probably best to print a map before you come because there isnt a huge sign, its a ground floor appartment in a big residential building. Reception staff gave us a map of Rome, and hepled us plan where we wanted to go and where was best to eat etc. Great air con, wifi good. Nice shower.

He gave a recommendation for dinner and it was the best place for food and value we ate during the 3 days in Roma. Our pension was just 1/2 block from the entrance to the Vatican Museum so we - Everything about this B&B was perfect. - Good location near the centre of Rome (I could visit everything on foot). - The owner is very friendly. - The room is clean and big, i even had a balcony. - Very safe neighbourhood, important to me, as i'm a single woman travelling alone. - Rome is a beautiful city, i'm sure i will return and definitly i'll stay here again.

  Location was perfect, few minutes walking to Vatican and Vatican Museums. Just next to a Metro station which is convenient specially when you are traveling with young kids. We got a bedroom for 4 person, very clean, spacious with a small interconnected room (for a young kid) and private bathroom, breakfast was also included (Italian breakfast).   The flat is situated in a very nice area, next to the Vatican state and next to many buses and a metro station, which makes it a perfect spot to visit Roma. The room is very clean. It is part of a 2-rooms appartement (ground floor) and I am sure that a family renting both rooms would be very happy too (we were only 2).   The location is excellent, right near Vatican city. We were in the Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2 minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip something to remember forever.
