  The staff was very warm and kind. My first night, I came back to my room in the evening and it smelled like smoke. Likely because a neighbor was illicitly smoking. The manager felt bad about that and couldn't move my room that night but did so the next morning. He also upgraded my room as compensation. Very quiet area, no problem with sleeping (no noises outside) which is a big plus in such a big city which never sleeps.
