  Antonio is very attentious. The rooms are very confortable. Also location near tometro Bologna. Try the food on Meeting point bar, at Piazza Bologna. Good and unexpensive. - Nice hotel in a good location, only a short walk to the metro, made exploring Rome really easy.

  Very friendly and made you feel like you were at home. Very good transport connections, you can get to the Colosseum in about 20 min on the metro which is about a 5 min walk from the hotel. We had an issue with the shower and when we mentioned this, it was fixed by the time we arrived back in the evening.   - The location is great. The bus stop is 5 mins away and the bus 60 gets you to Plaza Venezia, few mins away from Colosseum. The public transport in Rome is excellent, its pure easy to find your way around the city. There's also a supermarket nearby. - The breakfast is good, you can eat as much as you want. We stayed in a clean, fairly large room and also got breakfast included. The staff were also very friendly an helpful and allowed us to store our bags at the hostel the next day whilst we explored Rome. Also there are many great restaurants in the surrounding area and laundry mats, deli's etc.

  Peter was so helpful and friendly. He printed bus maps for us and was a wealth of information. He spoke French and English which worked for us. The location is very convenient and quiet with our balcony looking over the courtyard. A little out of the center but the bus is just minutes away. The room was cleaned everyday. The a/c worke - Very good location, you can use the bus lines and go easily everywhere in the center of Rome and to the Vatican City. Mr Peter helped us to use the buses. The owner and the staff are very helpfull and kind. The family room is big enough for 4, beautifull decorated and very clean. The area is quiet and safe with a tobacco store in front of the building where you can buy tickets, and markets, restaurants and cafeterias around. The hotel was a short walk to Villa Borghese, the principle point for my visit to Rome - Location just outside of main tourist area but surrounded by many restaurants and theatres was excellent. Local transport to all areas was also good. Staff very helpful at all hours.

  Everything perfect, our room wasn't en suite but the shared bathroom was fine, very clean. The shower though would have been tight for a large person. The hotel is easy to find between two metro stops, Bologna (3 stops from Termini) and Tiburtina. Very near the hotel there is an excellent, cheap gelateria - In the first day we had this lovely italian girl at the reception that was so so friendly. If you're lucky to have her when you arrive you can ask her anything and she will find a solution. The room is quite big and very nicely furnished! It is very close to the metro station and around you have many shops and a supermarket.

The bus station connecting to Termini Station and the historical center was quite close (about 5 minutes by foot). It is nicely placed, the surroundings are very pleasant and silent.

  The hotel is located in a very quite street 10 minutes walk from Termini station. The owner, Morris is very kind and helpful, happy to anwser any of your questions. The room facilities were brand new and very clean. The hotel has no kitchen so they give you a coupon at a small cafeteria one block a way for a bread and a cup of coffee. Really valued the fact our room backed on to a court yard and not a busy road, it meant we could sleep peacefully after a busy day looking at Rome's beautiful sites. It was very easy to get around the city from this location, the buses that stop opposite the entranc - This B&B is charming and the staff are great , they really are kind and helpful.
