  It was very clean, they cleaned the bathroom and changed the towels everyday and also made the beds every day. We had warm water all the time, they also had a kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave oven. We stayed in a 2 rooms apartment and we had shared bathroom but that was not a problem as we never intersected with the other guests. They were extremely friendly and helpful.The room was clean and comfortable and had all the necessary facilites including aircon, fridge, hairdryer, wifi and elevator with safe card access.   Everything was great!! No complaints at all. The owner is very friendly and accomadating. The room was very nice and was plently of space for the four of us. Never ran out of hot water in the evening when all four of us were trying to shower after a hot day of exploring Rome. The room was clean, looks new and has enough space if you are all day out and you come in the evening (room with one double bad), Bad is good and new, but not for tall people.
