  This B&B was very nice. It was conviently located in an apartment building right across the street from Termini train/metro station. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was no tv in the room, but that wasn't really a big deal. The batroom was spacious and nice as well. The room are good and always clean, breakfast is good and you feel “at home” in the B&B. It is located close to the train station and to the Metro. It is like a B&B with a concierge. I strongly recommend it.
